Won’t let me check out or use the browser either

Says in app was unable to verify my card I have been using this card for a long time now when I try to log into my account in a browser it won't let me says something about error null then won't let me use my Face ID log in I can't place a order I can't log in I called and it said they was facing a outage so hopefully it is fixed soon or I will start to worry you guys got hacked
