The Truist bank ATM on Dolly Parton parkway in Sevierville, TN, 37862, does not work most of the time. It keeps canceling the transaction. I have to drive much further to another ATM, to get cash when I need it. I am very annoyed that after the merger, at least three BB&T banks were closed in Sevier county, TN. Which makes it very aggravating to get to an ATM for cash when I need it. If this issue is not fixed soon, I will take my money to another bank, so that I can have access to it when I need it.
