site won't take payment

I've tried to make an order for over one week on the ikea site. I tried my phone, my laptop, even my work computer. I tried google chrome, safari, and Explore too. I cleared cache. I tried 4 different credit cards (all are working on other sites or in store). I called several times. ended up having to go to the store and pick up the items myself.
