This is unacceptable for a major bank to be down with their bill pay for so long. If they cannot correct the problem then they need to hire people capable of doing so. If not then get out of the business because you're useless as a bank if people cannot pay their bills. Additionally their customer service is a joke even on a good day it takes considerable period of time to get somebody to talk to and very often the individual that you get isn't capable Of understanding the problem and lacks basic knowledge try to keep it in the USA please
