No phone or texting

I live in Auburn Pennsylvania.
My husband and I have been without phone or texting for 5 days now. He called yesterday and they told him it would be on last night or today and it still isn't on.
I am thinking about changing carriers but I've been with Boost for 10 years and I don't want to do that but nothing is going to get done about this I may have to. I am disabled and on oxygen and I need my phone.
