No phone or texting

I live in Auburn, Pennsylvania.
My husband and I have been without phone or texting for 4 days now. I have been living here for 13 years without no problems. I am disabled and I need my phone. Thanks to Wi-Fi I am able to send this. We get a message that we are on No network but we can drive 10 miles and everything works. Please help!
