Can't Log In

I wanted to check my balance and transfer some money to my savings account and I can't log on there's a 60 minute wait time on the phone I never had any of these issues when it was SunTrust I wish Truist would get it together. If not I may need to look for another bank which is a shame because I was with SunTrust since 2006. Totally irrelevant but I really hate the name Truist... Couldn't sound anymore shady
