I have not received a Truist debit card

I have a savings account with Suntrust (now Truist) that I cannot access. ATM will not accept my Suntrust debit card, and Truist has not sent me a new Truist card. I cannot get through to Truist on the their phone number. I went to my local branch office in Alexandria yesterday and was told I wouldhave to wait for hours to see the only employee in the branch.
Truist seems to operate like a third-world bank
