Locked out of my Suntrust checking and credit card accounts since the email the system sent Saturday, March 5 below.  On Saturday, your system said it would text me temporary password, no text. Tried another route, system said it would email a link, no email.  Customer service phone line estimated hold time as “more than 60 minutes” Saturday.  I tried again today.  All the same results, but today I can hold until you close at 8 pm EST.  I plan to do so.
