cant log into online banking

I have been trying to log in tells me my password is wrong and I know its not. I try to reset it makes me call. I call it says I am sent a temporary password to my phone, I have done this 10 times and I still have not recieved a text message. Wait times longer than an hour. This is insane. Transferred to this bank cause I thought it would be better and it is way worse.
