I'm getting a blank screen after multiple attempts to pay online.  This is not the first time this has happened.  I am trying to pay this invoice online because the system has been down forever. The screen comes up blank when I click on the pay link. I've tried to calling the automated system that tells you to go online to pay. There is no easy no opt out for a representative, but after waiting on hold 20 minutes the person said she couldn't hear me then put me on an indefinite hold. There is NOTHING wrong with my phone or computer.  I call back a second time with another 20 minute wait time.  They are unable to accept credit card payments ONLY ACH after the automated system says they accept debit and credit cards.  Then I ask who I can make a complaint to and the represenative literally has no idea.
