Old card not working

I haven't received a new card & the old card doesn't work? How am I going to get my money? I'm not impressed with Truist nor the 60 + minute wait time for customer service. I've been a member of Suntrust when it was Crestar. However, I may need to find a new bank. Very unprofessional & poor planning.
