Can’t use app, it’s been 2+ days now…

Still getting a "scheduled maintenance try again later" message when logging into the app and can't access any of my account information. Not sure what is being done that's taking this long. It's been "Truist" for a while now. Never had these issues with Suntrust or BB&T. Might be time to find a new bank where I can consistently access my accounts...
