I am also experiencing that Netaddress is completely down. this is very unusual. In the 24 or so years I've been using Netaddress, this is the first time I can remember them being down completely, even the website. Usually, you see a "maintenance" message when they're working on the mail servers. I have my fingers X'ed that they're back up soon.
