Can't transfer funds

I tried logging in online and using the app. It will not allow me to transfer money from my savings to my checking. I have money in my savings account. I transfer money all the time. This is really upsetting because I can't access my money. This is the second time that this has happened. If it happens a third I will go to a bank that is more reliable
