Can't order cards.

You think you've purchased an ecard when actually it never processes and eventually the order gets cancelled even though the credit card company has approved the purchase. I even tried it using 2 different PayPal accounts. When using PayPal the Walmart.com site atleast sends you an email within a short amount of time telling you there was a processing error.
