The workforce commission just called me back and let me know that the email that everyone received a few days ago went out to everyone who had received benefits regardless of who had sent proof or not- he said it was an error in the system. They did confirm that they received my proof back in June and that they don't need anything else from me. So I would say if any of y'all had submitted proof and received a confirmation email from TWC prior to this most recent email that went out- then y'all are good too! If you go to TWC homepage and go into the chat box on the bottom right- you can fill out a contact request form, I did this yesterday, and the guy called me today. So if you want to double check- I'd say that will be the fastest way to speak to an actual person. I know they aren't accepting calls if you call their numbers: hope this helps guys!!!
