Cannot access BOA website via PC using IE9.0.8112

looks like it tries to connect via https://safe.bankofamerica.com but seems like a DNS issue after it fails. Contacted customer service to see what was up...would not talk to me or discuss because I am not listed on wife's account even though I set up the online account and am the one paying the freekin bill...ridiculous...we are so security sensitive nowadays that we are gonna need a password and login to take a crap before we know it...and terlet paper will be some sort of biometric scanner and limit you to 5 sheets per login and on top of that they will charge you a fee somehow...we are going down the crapper I tell ya...ahhhh
