Site crashes message “it’s not you, it’s us”

this issue happens more than I like. I travel a lot and use Hilton mostly thus the reason I notice this issue more frequentry than most. I lose faith and confidence in Hilton each time this happens. I am using Marriott more and working to get the same status as Hilton. I’m on my way. This website issue just redirected me to reserve at Marriott.
