I figured it out!!

I was trying to place an online order going through a discount club website (i.e. Fatwallet, Slickdeals, etc.). It did not work in Firefox, Chrome or explorer. If you are willing to lose wahtever cash back you were getting, the order will go through if you access the walmart.com site directly, not by accessing through the discount club. At least that is what worked for me. I tried it multiple times and got to the checkout every time without issue. YOU HAVE TO START COMPLETELY FROM SCRATCH. It did not work if I left the items in my cart, exited and accessed directly, I had to clear all item in the cart that I put in when I was linked through the discount club.
Hope this helps someone. It drove me nuts.
