Personally encountering this same problem now on 3/10 and 3/11. Was not having this issue when others reported eearlier this month...don't know how to get it resolved because "representative is [ALWAYS] busy due to 'High Caller Volume'"...very frustrating and not sure how to get any help or service in order to check the status of my card activity and level of my funds--pending transactions, refunds and returns, etc...
