 My groceries were supposed to be delivered between 8 and 9am on 2/15 . I  tried  contacting  chat support 4 times no success. I spoke with an associate at 10:15am. She was told by store delivery manager that the driver returned the groceries to the store a short time after he left. The store did not have another driver to deliver my groceries. I asked for a refund and was told that they weren't able to give me a full refund until the store released my order. It is now 2/22 and still no solution or refund. All I got was that their system crashed and they're working to fix it.  So basically walmart stole my money . I'm not confident at all I will receive my refund.
