I have a feeling this is caused by logging into the account while connected to a VPN server. The VPN I was using is called ExpressVPN. It is reasonable to believe their systems flagged my account as I do not normally login while using a VPN. It probably looked suspicious. Do not login to your account while connected to a VPN.
