my app hasnt worked in 3 weeks i was just told if you have a vpn on your phone shut it off or delete it. thats what the problem is according to a key bank tech,as key bank tracks you in case your phone is stolen or someone is trying to use it elsewhere. i did it and it worked. happy holidays
