Can't select my Ikea store preferences won't update

I went to check out today 12/19/2020 and my local Ikea and several other nearby Ikeas would not show up in the menu and preferences would say they've updated but not reflect the changes. I tried to call in on the 1888 number and they were experiencing high call volume and stated to call back later.
