Payment request issues.
Blank page at "https://apps.twc.state.tx.us/UBS/prDUA/prDUAAbilityAvailability.do". Unable to complete payment request. First login also went to a personal information form that I did not fill out because it seemed out of place.
"Report technical problem" link also goes to blank page.
Hacked or bad update to site?
