Unable to even login
I ALWAYS request a payment at midnight Sundays (my day to request) to ensure that my checks hit when they're suppose to. Today? Yeah I can't even login to my account, much less request a payment. TWC needs to get their act together, because they're constantly making Texans lives harder than even Covid-19 could. We lose our jobs, and come to get unemployment help where is it's not even 50% of our salary before the pandemic, and they can't even do that?! Come on, man!!! If my check doesn't hit until after Thanksgiving, guess who's paying all of my reconnection fees, and those high overage charges? You guessed it....YOU!!!!
