I called on 11/20 and was told that there were no outages or problems so I proceeded to spend most of the day attempting to remove Rapport which was being used as a security add-on for BofA. After finally removing Rapport by editing the registry I tried the BofA again. No luck. Called BofA customer service and finally getting to a rep I was told that they were actually having problems and that even when using a different browser the online functions appeared to work but if you left the site and when back in you would find that your attempts to perform online fumctions did NOT, in fact, work. Someone's gonna fry.
