No access using IE8. Firefox and Chrome work. Sometimes the tech Gurus look to hard for a sophisticated technical problem when the solution may me too simple for them to consider. What I would look for is a problem with HTML5 or as happened when I worked for a financial inst.'s IT unit - a transaction amount field that overflowed. Look for simple solutions FIRST!
