This problem started last Sunday. No updates other than to go into the branch. Guess is they've been hacked either internally or externally. If this was a code issue, then the backup prior to the update should have been reinstalled. This is EVERY customer. I am a small fish in a big pond. Is ever CFO having to go into a branch or office to do a wire? BOA time to come clean before we file complaints and ask the bank regulatory agencies to inquire. You are killing my ability to pay vendors - I travel all over the world and need to run mybusiness on line. Especially wire transfers. I want to know what is going on. Then I can live with the delays.
