Locked out of my online account AGAIN.

The bankers are great at getting me back online but once again it is the weekend and I am unable to access it. It always claims that "due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts" which is a lie because I haven't made any other unsuccessful attempts since the last time I was logged in. I have had this checking account for a very long time and hate to close it, but I may be left with no alternative. I use that account to pay my bills and I need to be able to see if payments have cleared. I thought I'd just move most of what I have in it to my other bank but I'm not sure there is any reason to keep the account other than having had it for so long.
