IE Can not display the page?

Trying to access BoA credit card site from my work computer, which has IE 8.0 only (no upgrading available). BoA site won't load. I don't know if it is because the site is down or because they no longer support old IE. If it is the latter, it would be nice for them to have a slash screen that says so.
