Unable to access login page for BOA EDD Card

When trying to access log in page for Bank of America edd card in IE, Chrome or Firefox it just times out and reports error message. However the BOA home site loads just fine.
Cannnot access my edd card at this time.
Server Error in '/EddCard' Application.
