not able to transfer funds outside of bank

Contacted online support 4 times since Nov 19th ... each time was told that there's a technical issue and to try again in a few hours ... and no, they don't have an estimate as to when this might be resolved ... what I find incredible is that there's not one news story on their site having severe technical issue
