No one picking up the phones
Basically any number you try to call is useless. They never pick up no matter how early you try and call them. I have been up since 7 AM trying to ask a question about my claim and no one answers the phone, and I do mean no one. There are people who have been waiting for payments since March and have yet to see a dime of their money. It's f!*#ing ridiculous and TWC should absolutely be ashamed of the way they handled this crisis. Why doesn't TWC hire some people to answer their phones since no one is ever there to pick up the phone apparently? Anyways if you just applied for unemployment, good f!*#ing luck because you are about to experience top tier mediocrity. f!*# TWC
