They are just scammers. They send me a first bill, after a second with more than 60$ charges. they charged me 3 times (almost 300$) with every time an error message like "the credit card is not validated". They are scammers. so Tolls by Mail are scammers. The web site is always giving error message, but the payment pass. They are bad. I'll write everywhere that Tolls by mail are scammers.
