After logging on...page does not fully download

After logging on, the page does not fully download. Earlier log on attempts allowed for the page to somewhat download so that all homepage information could be seen, however the page stays in limbo while it continuously is busy trying to fully engage..
I have checked my computer and it works flawlessly on all other sites.
