Repeatedly logged off can't log in
Every time I log in you asked for my social security number and make me enter my password for a second time and then it freaking logs me off it would be helpful if you guys could just say listen we're slammed right now try back soon versus me trying repeatedly entering in my password 17 times my social security number 18 times for no reason..
JUST PLEASE TELL US IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING WE UNDERSTAND YOU GUYS ARE BUSY BUT TELL US GOD DAMN IT DON'T MAKE ME WASTE AN HOUR TRYING TO LOGIN FOR IT TO KEEP LOGGING ME OFF
