Payement Request Quick Link no longer available
I have been approved for Unemployment benefits. I have waited for the date to request a payment. It now says Next Date to Request Payment: Today... It has been like that for a week now. there is no quick link on the left hand side. It says to call and teleserve if you have problems with quick link. I call and get automated message saying I cant request payment over the phone... NOW WHAT??
