Cant receive money anywhere in The Bay Area CA

Went to 3 different WesternUnio's in ny city and called at least 5 different ones in the cities of Oaklan, San Jose, Marin County, and San Francisco. Same thing everywhere, you can inly send money, not recieve it. AND THEY DONT THINK TO MENTION THIS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM YOURE MONEY TO SEND KNOWING THAT IT CANT BE PICKED UP!!!
