website is continuously overloaded
i have used this site at all hours of the day in attempt to submit necessary information to this institution after spending more than an hour on telephone hold with the same institution. statements that the website is less overloaded during certain hours are not true - it is almost impossible to get through the application processes in a timely or efficient manner. ant time i was able to log in i would complete one page of information before the site crashed, taking the course several days / hours to complete an application that otherwise should take 20 minutes tops
