TWC makes it Ground Hog Day Everyday
Cannot login except middle of night. No way to contact anyway and follow up. Message says they need more info and to call. Totally useless. Welcome to ground hod day everyway at TWC. Phones are busy and when it does ring it goes to a recording telling you to go to the website.But magically at 6pm phones ring with recording to call back during business hours.
