Talked to 4th person at 5/3 today. Advised that they have not been given a projected resolution yet.  They thought the 'fix' was implemented over the weekend but clearly, that didn't happen.  I was asked if I was using Google Chrome as a browser - told them 'no,' that I was using FireFox.  It was suggested that I try Internet Explorer --- it worked!  And has worked 3 more times throughout the day.  However, when you go through the steps to verify your device, the data is not being stored.  But At LEAST, you can get online.
