Yeah, apparently that's what happens. I think it actually is supposed to tell you but their website is glitched or something.
But generally they only delete people for actually breaching their rules/terms of service. If you did do nothing wrong and haven't signed in for awhile, I truly suggest trying a different browser. Try signing in on your or a friends' mobile phone, and if that doesn't work try Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Opera. It only let me sign in when using IE.
