Can't send money

I live in Brunswick Georgia and I went to three different yet Western Unions yesterday trying to send my mother-in-law some money they told me to system was down to come back today when I went to four different ones today and it's the same thing the Western Unions down that this is ridiculous to the Western Unions didn't even have a sign saying it was down I stood there waiting and they come told me it is down
