Fannie this is what Alicia said to do in earlier comments and it worked perfect for me and a few others.
Go to your iPhone settings and scroll to the ABC app. If you've given the ABC app access to your TV subscriber, try turning this setting off, force close the ABC app and then go back in and manually sign in to your TV subscriber under the account tab. This fixed the issue for me.
