Fire stick will not play CBS All Access. Click on show to play and it "spins and spins". Then, an error message (UVP-1011) comes up. Able to stream other apps on the Fire Stick. I tried to delete the cache on the Fire Stick under CBS All Access, but that did not work. I tried to restart the Fire Stick several times, but that did not work. What's going on?
