I signed on to online banking yesterday with the CORRECT username and password!  Only to be told for security reasons I had to put in a code they sent me on my cell phone.  Did this and still problems.  Went through process AGAIN!  Next thing they disabled my online banking.  tried to call numerous times to get help and ultimately got recorded message that they could not help me at this time.  THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY!!!  i CALLED OUR LOCAL BRANCH AND THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE.  HOW COULD THINGS GET THIS MESSED UP????
