Purchasing from jc penny site in early afternoon was spotty, then completely down. Orders were repeated with no immediate way to cancel them. Subsequent company emails confirmed this problem.
Suspect Cloudflare hack is root cause? Rare. Concerning no online reporting by jc penny of outages as listed above in uploaded report.
