I talked with a rep today who added my card number to the open problem ticket.
My problem is the VAN window freezes at "LOADING..." and proceeds no further.
Using IE8 and XP. She thought VAN might work for me if she deleted my accountonline userid...I would register as a new user, but would not have access to any old existing virtual numbers...something about the old numbers not being brought over to the new setup. That didn't seem right, the window freezes before the login fields are presented, so it's not a problem of accessing the numbers.
